ધી નડિયાદ એજ્યુકેશન સોસાયટી સંચાલિત સી. બી. પટેલ આર્ટસ કોલેજ અને ખેડા જિલ્લા રોજગાર વિનિમય કચેરીના સંયુક્ત ઉપક્રમે ગત મંગળવાર, ૨૩ ડિસેમ્બરના રોજ કોલેજ કેમ્પસમાં ‘ઔદ્યોગિક ભરતી મેળા’નું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. કોલેજના આચાર્ય ડો. મહેન્દ્રકુમાર દવેના અધ્યક્ષસ્થાને યોજાયેલા આ મેળામાં મોટી સંખ્યામાં યુવાનોએ ઉત્સાહભેર ભાગ લીધો હતો.
૧૧ નામાંકિત કંપનીઓની ઉપસ્થિતિ
આ ભરતી મેળામાં આશરે ૧૧ જેટલી પ્રતિષ્ઠિત કંપનીઓએ ભાગ લીધો હતો. કંપનીઓના પ્રતિનિધિઓએ વિવિધ ખાલી જગ્યાઓ માટે ઉમેદવારોની લાયકાત ચકાસી સ્થળ પર જ ઇન્ટરવ્યુ પ્રક્રિયા હાથ ધરી હતી. કાર્યક્રમની શરૂઆતમાં પ્લેસમેન્ટ સેલના કન્વીનર પ્રા. આર.બી. સક્સેનાએ અધ્યક્ષ ડો. મહેન્દ્રકુમાર દવે અને મુખ્ય મહેમાન તરીકે ઉપસ્થિત ખેડા જિલ્લા રોજગાર અધિકારી મીનાક્ષીબેન ચૌહાણનું ઉષ્માભર્યું સ્વાગત કર્યું હતું.
રોજગારીની તકો અને ઉત્સાહ
આ મેળામાં નડિયાદ અને આસપાસના વિસ્તારના કુલ ૨૪૦થી વધુ રોજગાર વાંછુ ઉમેદવારો હાજર રહ્યા હતા. કંપનીઓ દ્વારા પ્રાથમિક ઇન્ટરવ્યુ બાદ અનેક ઉમેદવારોની સ્થળ પર જ પસંદગી કરવામાં આવી હતી. પોતાની કારકિર્દીની શરૂઆત માટે સ્થળ પર જ નોકરી મળતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓના ચહેરા પર ખુશી જોવા મળી હતી.
