વસૈયા પરિવાર દ્વારા પૂર્વજોને યાદ કરતા પૂજન કરવામાં આવ્યું આદિવાસીઓમાં કારતક સુદ પૂનમ એટલે દેવદિવાળીનું મહત્વ ખૂબ હોય છે. પૂર્વજોને યાદ અપાવતી આત્માને ખત્રી આવ્યા એવું કહેવાય છે. વર્ષો થી ચાલતા પરંપરાગત રીત રિવાજ મુજબ પૂર્વજોને યાદ કરી સીરા પૂજન કરવામાં આવે છે. નગરના વસૈયા પરિવાર દ્વારા દેવ દિવાળીની પૂર્વ સંધ્યાએ ખાંટવાડા વિસ્તારમાં પોતાના પૂર્વજો ને યાદ કરી સીરા પૂજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું. આદિવાસી વિસ્તારમાં ચૌદસ અને દેવ દિવાળીનું મહત્વ વધુ હોય છે.
