નડિયાદ ટાઉન પોલીસે યુવકને ધમકી આપી રૂપિયા પડાવનાર અમદાવાદના શખ્સને ઝડપી પાડયો

નડિયાદ ટાઉન પોલીસ સ્ટેશન વિસ્તારમાં ફરિયાદીના મિત્રને ખોટા કેસમાં ફસાવી દેવાની અને પાસા-તડીપાર કરાવી દેવાની ધમકી આપીને બળજબરીપૂર્વક પૈસા પડાવનાર એક આરોપીની પોલીસે ધરપકડ કરી છે.
પોલીસ સૂત્રો પાસેથી મળતી માહિતી મુજબ, આરોપીએ ફરિયાદીના મિત્રને ફોન કરીને, તેઓ જુગારનો ધંધો ન કરતા હોવા છતાં, જુગારના ધંધા બાબતે રૂપિયા ૩૦ હજાર ની માગણી કરી હતી. ફરિયાદીના મિત્રએ પૈસા આપવાની ના પાડતા આરોપીએ તેમને ખોટા કેસમાં ફસાવી દેવાની અને પાસા કે તડીપાર કરાવી દેવાની ધમકી આપી હતી. આ ધમકીના પગલે બળજબરીપૂર્વક રૂ. ૧૧ હજાર પડાવી લેવામાં આવ્યા હતા. પોલીસે આ કેસમાં જયેશ ઘનશ્યામભાઇ જગજીવનદાસ ઠક્કર રહે. ઘોડાસર, અમદાવાદ શહેર નામના આરોપીની ધરપકડ કરી છે અને તેની પાસેથી ગુનામાં પડાવેલા રોકડા રૂ. ૧૧ હજાર રિકવર કર્યા છે.
આરોપી જયેશ ઠક્કરનો ગુનાહિત ઇતિહાસ પણ સામે આવ્યો છે, જેમાં તેની સામે અગાઉ ઇસનપુર અને ખોખરા પોલીસ સ્ટેશનમાં જુગાર, ધમકી, મારામારી અને છેડતી સહિતના ગંભીર ગુનાઓ નોંધાયેલા છે. નડિયાદ ટાઉન પોલીસે કાયદેસરની કાર્યવાહી હાથ ધરી છે.
